Custom Art Commissions
Request a quote for your custom artwork by filling out the form on this page. You will recieve an email with instructions on how to submit your reference materials, including any source photos and additional details of your vision.
Katie will send a proposal (containing your quote and details) along with a contract for you to sign. Upon signing and payment of the 50% retainer fee (based on the total cost estimate for your commission), Katie will get to work bringing your vision to life!
Step One
Katie receives your final approval of the finished piece. The final remaining payment for your commission is due upon completion. Once the varnish has dried, Katie will have your completed work of art securely delivered to you.

Katie will review your submission and will contact you directly to discuss the subject of the painting, scope of work, timeline, artistic suggestions, and estimated costs.
Step Four
The scheduled process is underway. Katie will reach out at each phase of completion and send regular progress updates along the way. Open communication between the artist and commissioner is maintained throughout the process to address any creative questions.
